A community-based group of active paddlers and advocates of the Occoquan Water Trail (OWT), the Occoquan Watertrail League (OWL) assists in providing long-term stewardship of the trail.
The mission of OWL is to work with volunteers, government agencies, and landowners to promote resource awareness, encourage environmental stewardship, and improve access along the water trail.
